For cancellations made by 15 days before the check-in day, a cancellation fee of 1 night is charged. For late cancellations made after this time 100% of the first night is charged. All times refer to the local time at the property. For no-show, 100% of the first night will be charged.

Swansea Cottages is a residence in Swansea, Tasmania. It is located within walking distance to many activities for guests to enjoy. Head to Dolphin Sands, Swan River and Nine Mile Beach, which is a 14.5km/9m beach walk, Waterloo Point for amazing views and bird watching, or the Community Centre, which is a museum about Swansea?s history. Other activities in the area are fishing, golf, tennis, boat charters, swimming, and beach combing. There are also many shops and restaurants to explore. After a busy day, guests can head back to the residence, which has either suites or cottages, to relax. Stroll through the gardens, have a BBQ, or unwind with a book in the gazebo. Fishing equipment, tennis equipment, bicycles, and videos are available. The beach and tennis courts are right across the street from the residence. Wireless Internet access is available.
